Annual Community Arts and Crafts Bazaar

New Hope Lutheran Church will be holding its 21st Annual Community Arts and Crafts Bazaar on Saturday, November 21, 2009.  This bazaar is a daylong celebration benefiting our community.  Over 1,000 people join us each year to shop the wares offered by more than 70 arts and craft vendors.  People can enjoy the shopping and stop for refreshments in our holiday bakery.  They can also participate in silent auctions and raffles and enjoy the food and drink offered for sale in our kitchen.  Santa and Mrs. Claus are also glad to visit and pose for pictures with the young and young-at-heart.

Our Bazaar supports organizations throughout the community.  Organizations benefiting from the proceeds of this event in past years have included the Fort Bend Women’s Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, Association for Retarded Citizens (ARC), Special Olympics, East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry food pantry, Fort Bend Corps, Family Promise, and Camp Hope.

This annual event is made possible by the hundreds of people who donate their time, goods and services each year.
