New Hope is blessed with many talented instrumentalist among its membership. They are active in the Now Ensemble and in Traditional Worship at Festival times such as Christmas, Easter, and Reformation.
Membership is open to anyone with musical competency of 8th grade and above and the ranks are sometimes fortified with hired union musicians, giving the amateur participants the rare pleasure of being able to learn from and perform with professional musicians.
People of all ages are welcome and New Hope takes great pleasure in helping people find ways to use their gifts in worship. Rehearsals are on a need basis and usually begin 2 - 3 weeks before a performance or worship service.

Our Bell Choir meets on Tuesdays from 7 - 8:30 pm in the Community Center, Room 9. You don't need to read music to enjoy the fun. Contact Lois Gurney at lois@newhopelc.org if your are in ringing!

NOW Ensemble

Our NOW Ensemble is a dynamic group of musicians who play at our progressive worship service. If you are a singer, keyboardist, drummer, bass player, guitarist, or other instrumentalist, this might be the music group for you. The Alleluia Choir will prepare Imagine God! during the 2011-2012 school year. Our rehearsals include drama, music, art, and prop making. Grades K--6th are invited to join the music fun!
