Elizabeth (Beth) Bachman has attended Camp Hope every summer since she was five years old. Currently a student at Trinity University in San Antonio, she is excited to spend her summer working as the manager for the 2019 Camp Hope session! Elizabeth has worked as a Camp Counselor and Leader in Training for Camp Hope in the past and has enjoyed it thoroughly. Elizabeth has also held many leadership positions in the past such as Flute section leader of the Austin High school marching band, officer of Spanish National Honor Society, and President of the Book Club. She is currently an officer of Mock Trial and Vice President of Alpha Lambda Delta, the academic honor society at Trinity. Her hobbies include dancing, singing, and
reading by the pool.
My name is Amber Barry. I grew up going to Camp Hope every summer and have lifetime memories of learning about God through fun games, crafts and silly songs. My family and I moved away for a couple of years, but as soon as we relocated back to Houston, I returned to Camp Hope as a Disciple Leader. This summer I’m excited to serve in the position as Co-Manager. My goal is to make sure that each camper has the same experience as I did, and develop a love for learning about God in a safe, healthy and loving environment.
